So far so good, probably did better yesterday than i did today. For breakfast i just had cereals ( well actually it was for lunch as i woke up late and by the time i was ready to eat it was lunch time anyway). Then i went on the wii fit for about the hour, i am planning to join the gym so i can do this properly but just havent had the time at the moment. For my dinner i had some homemade vegetable soup.
Today didnt do so good. Tbh im proberly alright with the diet thing, its more the motivation to do the exercise, as i didnt do any today =[
